Ingredients

 

  • ham 45g
  • lettuce 20g
  • egg omelet 30g
  • baked red pepper 10g
  • cucumber 10g
  • 10’’ Plain Flour Wraps 1pc
  • salad sauce 30g

Instructions

 

1. Spread the salad sauce in the centre of the tortilla.

2. Put the ham on the salad sauce. Fold up one side and put omelet and red pepper on it.

3. Fold the opposite side and put cucumber and lettuce on it.

4. Fold the other two sides and put into the press oven to get colored.

5. Cut into half and serve.
