1. Mix together the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Place cooked prawns, celery and salad onion in a bowl and gently toss with the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then add the coriander and chives.
2. Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface, arrange the prawn mixture at one end of the deli wrap and carefully fold the bottom of the deli wrap over the filling, then fold in the two sides and finish by rolling up the deli wrap until the filling is completely enclosed.
