Ingredients

 

  • 1 Mission flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 40g Prosciutto, finely sliced
  • 60g Brie cheese, sliced
  • A few wild rocket leaves
  • Makes 3 x 5 cm rolls

Instructions

 

1. Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface. Spread the mustard evenly over it and arrange the sliced prosciutto up to about 2 cm from the edges;

2. Arrange the cheese over the prosciutto and place the rocket leaves on top to cover the filling. Carefully roll up the deli wrap trying to maintain a tight roll.

3. Cover with a piece of cling film and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

4. To serve cut the roll into 5 cm pieces, discarding the edges.
