White Cream 200g (Butter 30g, Flour 30g, Milk 400ml, Cream 50ml)
Chopped Onion 20g

Instructions
1. Fry the butter and flour, then add milk and cream to mix well.
2. Add oil and fry the onion, rosemary, salt and pepper.
3. Spread some butter on the bottom of the plate.
4. Put one layer of white sauce and covered with the tortillas.
5. Add one more layer of white sauce.
6. Add some potato and cheese. Cover a tortilla.
7. Do the procedure once again.
8. Bake at 160⁰C for 20min and serve.
