Ingredients

  • Snapper slice: 40g
  • Clam: 30g
  • Peeled shrimp:20g
  • Tomato sauce: 20g
  • Tom Yum Kung sauce:5g
  • Pizza sauce:15g
  • Lemon juice, coriander
  • Mission 12” thin crust pizza base: 1pc

Instructions

1.Slice the snapper into strips. Deep fry it until it gets crispy. Season with some tomato sauce and lemon juice.
2.Cut the red, green chili, onion into strips. Boil the shrimp and clam until is cooked.
3.Mix the pizza sauce with Tom Yum Kung sauce. Spread on the pizza base.
4.Spread the ingredients on the pizza. Preheat the oven at 220℃. Bake for 5-6 minutes.
5.Decorate with corn chips and coriander and serve.
