Ingredients

 

  • Zucchini 50g
  • Mushroom 50g
  • Onion 50g
  • Eggplant 50g
  • Tomato Juice 100g
  • 10’’ Spinach Wraps 1pc
  • Salt, Salad Oil, Pepper Powder
  • Mozzarella Cheese 

 

Instructions

 

1. Add oil in the pan and cook the vegetables.

2. Season them with salt and pepper powder.

3. Heat the tortillas and add the vegetables.

4. Roll up and cut in half.

5. Spread some cheese and bake in the oven of 180⁰C for 9 minutes.

6. Put some tomato sauce in the plate and put the wraps on the sauce.
