Ingredients

 

  • 8’’ Mission plain flour wraps 2pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese 100g
  • peeled tomato paste 80g
  • a little of basil, salt, black pepper
  • onion
  • mushroom and green pepper       

Instructions

 

1. Place one piece of tortilla on the baking plate which is blushed with some oil.

2. Mix the tomato paste by the mixer and add to the pan.

3. Cook with basil, salt and black pepper. Spread 1/3 of the paste on the tortilla.

4. Spread 1/3 of the cheese.

5. Cover with the second tortilla and spread the rest of paste, cheese and vegetable on it.

6. Bake the pizza for 3.5min in the oven of 230℃ until the cheese melts.
