Greek Summer Shrimp Rolls
Ingredients
Peeled shrimp: 60g
Raisin: 10g
Almond: 5g
celery: 20g
Feta cheese: 30g
Hawaii flavor mayonnaise: 15g
Mission 8” plain flour wraps: 1pc
Instructions
1.Blanch the peeled shrimp and the celery separately. Cool and set aside.
2.Put the raisin in hot water until getting soft. Bake the almond until is cooked.
3.Place the celery on the tortilla. Then add raisin, almond and cheese. Spread some mayonnaise. Roll up and cut.
4.Put a piece of shrimp on each wrap and serve.
