Ingredients

 

  • Egg 50g
  • 8’’ Tortilla 1pc
  • Sliced Dried Tofu 50g
  • Mushroom 10g
  • Oil 25g
  • Sliced Onion 10g
  • Sliced Carrot 20g
  • Sliced Green Chilli 20g
  • Salt 1g
  • Pepper Powder 1g

Instructions

 

1. Fry the onion, carrot and mushroom in the pan.

2. Then add dried tofu and green chilli.

3. Add a little water to cook the ingredients thoroughly.

4. Stir the egg and pour into the pan.

5. Cover with the tortilla when the egg is almost done.

6. Turn upper side down and heat for a short while.

7. Put the ingredients on the egg side and roll up the tortilla.
