Ingredients

 

  • Zucchini  1pc
  • Eggplant  1pc
  • Mushroom  100g
  • Green, red & yellow sweet pepper 1pc of each
  • Chopped garlic  2g
  • Salad oil  10ml
  • Mozzarella cheese  2pcs
  • Basil sauce  10g
  • Montreal seasoning  some
  • Mission 10” plain flour wraps   2pcs

Instructions

1. Cut the zucchini, eggplant and mushroom into thin pieces and pickle with Montreal seasoning. Add some chopped garlic and salad oil and mix well.

2. Grill the peppers until the skin becomes black. Peel them.

3. Grill the pickled vegetables.

4. Spread some basil sauce on the tortillas. Then pile all the vegetables one by one. Roll up, cut and serve.
