Ingredients

 

  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry and raspberry  30g of each
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • Olive oil
  • Mission 8” Plain Flour Wraps  1pc

Instructions

 

1. Divide the tortilla in eighths. Place on a baking tray.

2. Spread some olive oil on the tortilla pieces. Preheat the oven at 180℃ and bake them until get crisply.

3. Sliced the fruits and season with lemon juice and sugar.

4. Place the fruits and pancake in a plate. Spread some maple syrup and serve.
