Capellini pancake with black bean salad

Ingredients

 

  • Angel Hair Pasta         50g
  • Black Bean          60g
  • Onion               10g
  • Green Pepper        10g
  • Red Pepper          10g
  • Cumin Powder        2g
  • Red Wine Vinegar    5ml
  • Coriander           2pcs
  • Olive Oil           15ml
  • Egg                 1pc
  • Parmesan Cheese     5g
  • Plain Flour Wraps

Instructions

 

1. Chop the onion, pepper, and coriander. Mix all these ingredients plus black bean and season with cumin, vinegar and olive oil to make a salad.

2. Cook the Capellini in boiling water until tender. Drain the water. Mix the Capellini with egg and cheese. Fry in a pan. Cover with a tortilla. When the Capellini sticks to the tortilla and both sides are golden, leave fire and put in a plate.

3. Spread some black bean salad on the pancake and serve.
