Ingredients

 

  • Beef Shank 50g
  • Rice 50g, Mushroom 20g
  • 10’’ Spinach Wraps 1pc
  • Beef Soup 300g
  • Cream 175g
  • Flour 20g
  • Butter 20g
  • Yolk 1pc
  • Salt, Pepper Powder

Instructions

 

1. Cut the beef into small pieces and put into cold water to cook for 1 hour.

2. Take out the beef. Heat the butter until is melt. Add flour and fry.

3. Add the soup and heat for 30mins on low fire.

4. Add cream and heat 15mins.

5. Add salt, pepper and yolk. Mix the soup with beef, mushroom and rice.

6. Heat the tortillas and place the ingredients on the wrap.

7. Roll up and serve.
