Instructions
1. Cut all the vegetables into thin pieces of 0.5cm long. Pickle with salt, oil and pepper powder. Preheat the oven at 220℃ and bake the vegetables for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
2. Slice the salmon into stripes of 10cm long. Wrap with Cajun seasoning. Fry in a pan until half cooked (about 10 seconds)
3. Put the fried salmon on the baked vegetables. Serve with the steamed white corn tortillas.
