Ingredients

 

  • Shrimp paste 100g
  • Seaweed 1pc
  • Purple sweet potato paste 60g
  • Cherry tomato 2pcs
  • Spring onion 6pcs
  • Mission corn tortillas 3pcs

Instructions

 

1. Place a piece of dried seaweed on a corn tortilla. Put the shrimp paste on the seaweed. Roll up to form a wrap. Tie with a piece of spring onion out of the roll. Fry in the oil of 170℃ for 2-3 minutes. Cut in half.

2. Place a spoon of purple sweet potato in the plate. Put the wraps on it. Decorate with the cherry tomato and serve.
