Ingredients

 

  • Boned Chicken Leg 1000g
  • Onion 150g
  • Chives 100g
  • Garlic 5g
  • Mushroom 350g
  • Tarragon 3g
  • Chicken Soup 375ml
  • Cream 185ml
  • Lemon Juice 5ml
  • Dijon Mustard 10g
  • Lettuce  400g
  • Mission 6” Yellow Corn Tortillas For Frying  20pcs

Instructions

 

1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cook with chopped onion, chives, mushroom and garlic.

2. Add chicken soup, mustard and tarragon into the chicken when aroma comes out. 3. Add cream into the soup when the soup becomes 1/3 less.

4. Spread some lemon juice and turn off the fire.

5. Fry the corn tortillas into a taco shape. Fill in chopped lettuce and chicken.
