1. Peel and core the apples. Then slice into thin pieces. Heat a pan on middle fire. Add the butter. Add apple when the butter melts. Stir for 2 minutes and season with sugar and cinnamon.
2. Pickle the dried raisin with hot water until become soft.
3. Place the apple pieces on the tortillas. Spread the raisin and chopped chestnuts. Roll up.
4. Brush the mixture of egg and milk on the surface of the wrap. Preheat the oven at 180℃ and bake for 7-8 minutes.
