Ingredients

 

  • Duck 100g, Apple 50g
  • 8’’ Plain Flour Wraps 1pc
  • Salt, Rosemary, Black Pepper Powder
  • Sliced Onion, Cinnamon
  • Sugar, Oil, Brandy

Instructions

 

1. Pickle the duck with salt, black pepper, rosemary, onion, sugar for 2 hours.

2. Wash with water. Put the duck into the pot.

3. Add oil until cover the duck and stew for a while.

4. Add sliced apple, cinnamon and brandy.

5. Fry the duck in the pan to get some color.

6. Heat the wrap and roll up with the duck and apple.
