Duck 100g, Apple 50g 
8’’ Plain Flour Wraps 1pc 
Salt, Rosemary, Black Pepper Powder 
Sliced Onion, Cinnamon 
Sugar, Oil, Brandy 
 
                                 
                             
                            
                                Instructions 
                                
                                     
1. Pickle the duck with salt, black pepper, rosemary, onion, sugar for 2 hours.  
2. Wash with water. Put the duck into the pot.  
3. Add oil until cover the duck and stew for a while.  
4. Add sliced apple, cinnamon and brandy.  
5. Fry the duck in the pan to get some color.  
6.
