Ingredients

 

  • Rib-eye 70g
  • 10’’ Flour Wrap 1pc
  • Sliced Potato Stripes
  • Onion Stripes And Carrot Stripes 20g For Each
  • Salt, Pepper Powder, Salad Oil, White Wine

Instructions

 

1. Pickle the rib-eye with salt, pepper powder and mix well.

2. Add oil in the pan and fry the rib-eye.

3. Add some white wine when the beef is almost done.

4. Heat until the wine becomes little.

5. Put another pot in the fire. Add oil and heat.

6. Put onion, carrot and potato in the pot and heat until they are cooked.

7. Heat the wrap and put the vegetables and beef in the wrap.

8. Roll up and serve.
