1. Remove the fat from the pork. Spread some salt and black pepper on the meat and fry till medium well. Roll up with tortillas and bake at 160⁰C for 20-26min.
2. Cook the removed fat with butter (15-20g). add sugar and fry until becomes golden.
3. Add vinegar and beer. Heat until the soup becomes half less. Add beef soup and heat on low fire for 20min.
4. Filter the soup and add the rest of the butter, melting to get creamy texture.
